1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, attending an ArtistBaazi event, or otherwise using the artistbaazi.com platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to register as an artist or audience member. To purchase a Circle+ membership or any paid service, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Artist Content & Ownership
You retain full ownership of all music, lyrics, recordings, photographs, written content, and any other creative work you upload, link, or perform on the Platform ("Artist Content"). ArtistBaazi does not claim any ownership over your music or lyrics.
By uploading Artist Content you grant ArtistBaazi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, and stream that content on the Platform and in event recordings, solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform and the events you participate in. You may revoke this licence at any time by removing the content or deleting your account.
You represent that you own or have the rights to all content you upload, including any samples, covers, or third-party material.
5. Community Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Harass, threaten, dox, or abuse any other member, artist, or audience participant.
- Post or perform content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that incites violence.
- Spam the community with promotional material unrelated to your performance.
- Impersonate another artist, brand, or person.
- Interfere with the Platform's security or technical operation.
Violation may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account, at our sole discretion.
6. Membership & Payments
ArtistBaazi Circle is free to join. Circle+ by ArtistBaazi is an optional annual subscription priced at ₹2,999 per year (or as otherwise displayed at checkout). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refund Policy: Circle+ subscriptions may be refunded within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided you have not yet redeemed any premium benefits (e.g. EPK generation, podcast feature, PR introductions). After 7 days, no refunds are issued. Refund requests must be sent to hello@artistbaazi.com.
Tips paid to artists are non-refundable and are transferred directly to the artist (less applicable payment processor fees).
7. Performance Slots
Performance slot allocation is curated by ArtistBaazi based on community participation, attendance, referrals, and audience votes. Circle+ membership does NOT influence slot selection. Performance is not guaranteed for any applicant.
8. Intellectual Property
The ArtistBaazi name, logo, website design, software, and original written content are the intellectual property of ArtistBaazi and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or reuse these without written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the success of any artist on the Platform, or any specific outcome from Circle+ benefits.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArtistBaazi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹2,999, whichever is greater.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Sections relating to ownership, payments, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
